Time to step it up

This weekend I let myself down. I was going strong for the entire two weeks and then we had a business conference over the weekend. Heather did a great job in preparing food for the entire weekend, and I was following along pretty well until Saturday night when I had two pieces of pizza! Doh! Oh well, it’s not the end of the world. I had dropped to 222 at one point during the week, but as of this morning, I was back to 224. Still 5 pounds down from my starting weight, but I know I can do better.

I don’t think the pizza was even the problem; I need to work out more! I checked out the Wheeling Park district fitness center…nothing especially exciting but had all the basic equipment I would need. We’ll see, for now I’m gonna hit the cardio DVDs more regularly.

I know that eating better is going to help, but it’s really time to step up the exercise. I’ll keep posted with the progress there!
