Mental/Emotional Rollercoaster of weight loss

I weighed in today at 221, what the heck! I am trying not to get into the habit of weighing too often, but I was just curious. I FELT heavier than usual recently, but i’m at the lowest weight since starting the Trim System! Good news, but strange. I’ve simply been reminded that this is a LONG term process and I need to focus on my daily action habits and routine and not get bogged down with short term results (once again, SO similar to how to be successful in business, marriage, life!).
