Getting back on track!


Just got back from a 13 mile bike ride, feeling great! It’s a straight shot from home down to Lake Arlington (2.5 miles there, 2.5 miles back and 2 miles with each lap). It’s time to get back on the Trim Body System as it was designed, not the lazy, kinda sorta following it plan i’ve been on the past 3 months. 🙁

From January – March, I stuck straight to the system and lost 30 pounds, down from 229 to 199. From March – June, I continued to take the supplements and usually ate 5 meals/day, but the meals were most definitely not Trim approved and I ended up eating a lot of junk food.

Good news about the supplements is they are VERY good at MAINTAINING your metabolism and weight…to this day, after 3 months of absolute coasting on the plan and not working out, I weighed in at 198 today! So, I’m thankful I didn’t gain weight, but I definitely didn’t lose any and don’t feel good about myself over the past 3 months. The system works if you work it, i’ve found!

However, July/August/September is go time again! Looking to drop down to 175-180 (18-23 more pounds. Gonna be riding my bike a lot more often (and hopefully not pulling muscles in my leg like it feels I did today! yikes!)
